If you’ve added a payment method, your plan starts automatically. If you haven’t, the app reverts to Free mode — your data and scan history stay intact, but cleaning features lock until you upgrade. We don’t surprise-bill anyone.
Yes. Upgrade anytime — switching to Annual mid-month credits your remaining Monthly time toward the new plan. Downgrade or cancel from your account dashboard.

Yes. CleanSlateX is updated continuously and supports macOS 13.0 (Ventura) and later. Lifetime licenses include all future updates — you never pay again.
CleanSlateX runs entirely on your Mac. Scan results, file lists, and cleaning operations never leave your device. We can’t see what’s on your disk and we don’t want to.
Cancel anytime from the account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep using your plan until the end of the current period.
