By downloading, installing, or using CleanSlateX, or by creating an account on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software or create an account.
You may create a CleanSlateX account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account for the purpose of creating and managing your CleanSlateX account.
When you sign in with Google, your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your password confidential and safeguarding access to any Google account linked to CleanSlateX. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
CleanSlateX is provided for personal and commercial use on macOS devices. You may install and use the software on the number of devices permitted by your license plan.
Free plan: The Free plan provides access to system scanning across 15+ categories. Cleaning, malware scanning, duplicate finding, and other Pro features are not available on the Free plan.
Pro plan: The Pro plan provides full access to all features, including Smart Deep Scanning, Duplicate File Finder, Full App Uninstaller, Developer Tools Cleanup, Scheduled Cleaning, Smart Care, Malware Scanner, Privacy Cleanup, Maintenance Tools, Login Items Manager, RAM Optimization, App Updater, Secure Shredder, and Creative Media Cleanup.
New users may be offered a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial grants full access to Pro features for its duration. When the trial expires, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Direct purchases: Paid plans purchased from our website are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Available plans include:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Mac App Store purchases: Paid plans purchased through the Mac App Store are billed by Apple. Subscriptions can be managed in System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through their standard refund process.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all direct purchases made through our website. If you are not satisfied with CleanSlateX, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds for Mac App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
PYRX Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CleanSlateX subject to these terms and the device limits of your plan.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the software without written permission from PYRX Technology.
CleanSlateX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we take care to ensure safe operation, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from the use of the software. We recommend maintaining regular backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYRX Technology and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of CleanSlateX.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use Pro features ends immediately, but you may continue to use the Free plan features.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
